This offer is valid only in the mornings, Tuesday through Friday. In the event of an incorrect booking and if we are unable to offer you a new time slot, no refund will be issued.

Votre arrivée au Spa / Your arrival at the Spa
Afin de profiter pleinement de votre soin, il est recommandé de vous présenter 10 minutes avant le début de votre soin à la réception du Spa (15 minutes à la réception de l'hôtel si vous n'en êtes pas résidents) . Une arrivée retardée ne pourra pas entraîner une prolongation du soin. In order to fully enjoy your treatment, it is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the beginning of your treatment at the Spa reception (15 min at the main reception if you're not hotel's guest)
A delayed arrival will not lead to an extension of the treatment.
Conditions d’annulation / Cancellation policy
Toute annulation ou report de rendez-vous qui n’est pas signalé au moins 48h à l’avance seront intégralement facturés. Une carte de crédit est demandée en garantie au moment de la réservation.
Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment that is not reported at least 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. A credit card is asked as a guarantee upon booking.
