1. Is it possible to access the Facilities?

As hotel residents, you can access the wellness facilities throughout your stay (sauna, hammam, jaccuzi, swimming pool). If you are not residents of the hotel, unfortunately, the management reserves access to the facilities for its guests.

2. I'm going with a massage appointment. Can I stay and wait?

Of course. All you have to do is let us know when booking and we will be happy to prepare our herbal tea room for you for a moment of relaxation, while caring for the person accompanied.

3. Do you allow animals?

Unfortunately not. The space is already occupied by our little guardian, Namaste. He is a full member of the team and will be happy to welcome you.

4. How to be reimbursed?

If unfortunately you can't come to your appointment and you let us know early enough (48 hours before the agreed appointment time), we can proceed with a refund. For this, we ask you to provide us with a bank details to be credited with the amount paid (excluding management and transaction fees). 5. Do you give children massages?

Sure. Everyone deserves a moment of relaxation. We welcome children from the age of 4 years old, in the presence of a parent or responsible adult, who can even share this moment during a Duo massage. Consult our Therpies list.

6. May I choose my therapist?

Each of us is skilled in one or more areas. Also, if you want a masseur rather than a masseuse, or vice versa, you just have to let us know in the Comments area at the time of booking.

7. I cannot manage to make my reservation online. Can you help me?

Of course. We are available for you by phone. We can register your reservation and even proceed to payment by telephone: 0033 668 098 443. Do not hesitate to leave us a message on the answering machine, as we are often in the treatment cabin. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
