We thank you for your reservation at our establishment. We do everything we can to ensure that you have a pleasant time during your appointment. We invite you to follow the following recommendations:
1.If you are not a resident of the hotel, please arrive around fifteen minutes before the agreed meeting time at the main reception. Your therapist is waiting for you there or will arrive shortly. This time in advance will allow you to take advantage of our changing rooms. Towels, bathrobes and slippers will be provided to you free of charge by our team.
2.If you are a resident of the Les Cornettes hotel, we will be waiting for you in full swimwear, 5 minutes before the agreed meeting time on the landing upstairs above the swimming pool. Slippers and bathrobes are at your disposal in your room.
3.If you would like to take advantage of our toilets and showers, whether before or after your appointment, remember to let us know as soon as possible, when making your reservation for example.
4.We invite you to tell us any health conditions, special needs and other particular indications or contraindications. This will allow us to adapt the care to your situation, according to your expectations.
5.In the event of a facial treatment, we invite you not to wear makeup and to ensure the freshest shave possible.
